Wang Benqiang, Deputy Auditor General of the National Audit Office of China (CNAO), attended the 13th Annual Meeting of the INTOSAI Working Group on Financial and Economic Stability (WGFES) from 6 to 7 May in Washington D.C., the United States.

Hosted by the U.S. Government Accountability Office, the hybrid meeting brought together over 50 representatives from member SAIs of the Working Group. Participants held in-depth discussions and exchanges on the theme "Beyond the Bank: Auditing Nontraditional Financial Infrastructure". The CNAO delegation shared China’s experience in auditing non-bank financial institutions.
